Microsoft announced Bing Toolbox yesterday which is a new portal for the whole of Bing community (Includes webmasters, advertisers, publishers and web developers).

However if you are a webmaster and wish to manage your site then you can directly go to http://www.bing.com/webmaster/WebmasterManageSitesPage.aspx
The Bing Toolbox site has the following categories which will let you manage the below from one site :
You will also be informed about Bing related new tools and announcements through the Bing Toolbox website.
Bing Community : Once you have registered you will get a personal page under the Bing community which will show your Bio, Website, Favorites and Friend’s list and much more. You can also add an Rss which will show the updates on that page.
